5.1 Operations and Technology Team

Chief Executive Officer — Stephen McLaughlin is a capital markets expert with extensive operational experience in banking, investment, and public companies. He is a leading figure in the blockchain and digital currency industry, owns an internet company, and has conducted in-depth research and provided funding for the internet and blockchain industries.

Chief Operating Officer — Christopher Durand served as a bank examiner for 8 years and then worked as a representative for an anti-money laundering organization in a financial company for 5 years. He has extensive experience in legal consulting, contract review, and anti-money laundering.

Chief Technology Officer — Agrario Rodríguez Pérez is the CTO of the CriptoAuge exchange. He has 17 years of experience in the internet industry, is proficient in multiple computer languages, excels in designing highly available and high-concurrency architectures, and has extensive R&D management experience.

Chief Legal Officer — Roice Morrison is the General Counsel of the CriptoAuge exchange. He has worked as a lawyer in a top-tier law firm and leads a team of multinational lawyers. He has extensive legal experience in the blockchain industry and strong team organization and execution capabilities.

Chief Financial Officer — Laurence Quinn is active in the financial markets and has years of experience in asset management and trading system operations. He holds professional qualifications as a Certified Public Accountant and a U.S. Financial Risk Manager.

Technical Engineer — Theodore graduated from Yale University's Computer Science Department with a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Big Data. He is an architect and database expert, and the lead technical expert in exchange construction. He has extensive experience in database applications, data warehousing, big data, and blockchain development in the trading industry.

Technical Engineer — Jason has 15 years of technical development experience and is an authority in blockchain underlying technology development. His career spans both academia and industry, and he is a researcher, engineer, and leader. He has held several engineering management positions at Google and Amazon.

5.2 Advisory Team

Vitalik Buterin — Known as "V God," he is the founder of Ethereum, born in Russia in 1994. He began using Microsoft computers at the age of 4 and immigrated to Canada with his father in 1999. With fewer playmates in his new environment, he focused on the mysteries of computers. At 7, he created a complex document filled with mathematical charts and calculations. At 12, he started writing games in C++ for his own amusement. At 17, influenced by his father, he learned about Bitcoin and began writing articles related to Bitcoin to earn bitcoins. He later co-founded Bitcoin Magazine and served as the chief writer. In 2013, he wrote a white paper introducing Ethereum, marking its official inception.

Larry Rosenberger — He holds a Master's degree in Physics from MIT and a Master's degree in Engineering from UC Berkeley. From 1991 to 1999, he served as the President and CEO of FICO. During this period, FICO experienced several years of record growth, with annual revenue increasing from $31 million to $276 million. From 1999 to 2007, he led FICO's research group, focusing on early-stage innovation forecasting and decision analysis to help business customers in the consumer market make better decisions.

Jimmy Clinton — A renowned computer scientist and the inventor of the Rete rule optimization algorithm and decision engine software. In 2002, he founded Rules Power in Boston and served as the Chief Scientist. During this time, he further refined the Rete2 algorithm, integrating it with relational logic technology and developing the Rete3 algorithm.

Alston Reed — He graduated from Frankfurt University with a Master's degree in Economics. He has conducted in-depth research in macroeconomics and new institutional economics, worked as an economist at IBM's Thomas J. Watson Research Center, and served as a visiting professor in the Economics Department at Princeton University, an advisor to the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission of Japan's Financial Services Agency, and a business innovation consultant for the Japanese Bitcoin Exchange.
